Rasmussen OH-GOV: Kasich Maintains His Lead

Rasmussen Ohio Poll conducted 6/29 of 500 LVs:

Fmr. Rep. John Kasich (R) 47%
Gov. Ted Strickland (D) 40%

Rasmussen continues to be very much on the Republican end of the spectrum here, compared to PPP's Kasich +2 and Quinnipiac's +5.  It is worth pointing out that only Rasmussen is polling likely voters, which may account for some (but really not all) of the difference.  But just like the other polls, Rasmussen finds Strickland way below 50% in both the horserace and with his approval rating (43%).  The Democrats have been going after Kasich more aggressively for his Wall Street connections, and it may be making a bit of an impact as Kasich's favorable rating is down a bit to 44%/32%.

SLIGHT ADVANTAGE FOR KASICH.
