Zogby North Dakota Poll conducted 11/17-11/18 of 502 LVs:
Gov. John Hoeven (R) 55%
Sen. Byron Dorgan (D) 36%
Sen. Byron Dorgan (D) 60%
2008 House Nominee Duane Sand (R) 28%
As it's always been, the question with this race is whether or not the NRSC can convince Hoeven to run for the Senate. He also showed some interest in 2006 in challenging Sen. Kent Conrad (D), but he backed down then also. As unpopular as Obama and the stimulus are here, Dorgan would still win easily against Sand, who was has unsuccessfully run statewide before numerous times.
OVERWHELMING ADVANTAGE FOR DORGAN.
