This Northern Kentucky district is one of the most Republican-friendly in the state, but it's never been easy for Republican Geoff Davis. Davis first won this seat in 2004, defeating actor and famous father Nick Clooney 54%-44%; two years later he defeated popular former Rep. Ken Lucas (D) by only 51%-44%. This year, however, Democrats didn't seriously target him, and Davis' lead has ballooned from 13 points in the previous SUSA poll to 22 points here. His leads widens to 61%-35% among voters who have their mind made up.
