SUSA Washington: McCain Surges To Within 4

SurveyUSA Washington Poll conducted 9/5-9/7 of 658 LVs:

Obama 49%
McCain 45%

This result looks a bit tough to believe, as you have to go all the way back to February to find a poll that showed McCain this close in Washington. And it should be a good state for Obama, as you have a relatively young, educated, socially liberal population here compared to most other states. McCain leads 89%-8% among conservatives, while Obama holds a virtually identical 89%-9% lead among liberals, but moderates back Obama 53%-38%. 38% of voters in Washington "never attend religious service" and Obama leads among them by 63%-32%.
