Rasmussen Georgia Poll conducted 7/17 of 500 LVs:
McCain 53%
Obama 42%
The number is with leaners, while without leaners McCain's lead is 48%-39%. The interesting difference is that Bob Barr's support drops from 5% to 1% when leaners are included, a sign that his early 3%-5% that he's pulling in some states may not hold up very long. Georgia voters are evenly divided on Obama with 47% viewing him favorably and 51% unfavorably, but a large majority of voters (65%) have a favorable opinion of McCain.
STRONG ADVANTAGE FOR McCAIN.
