Attorney General Jay Nixon (D) 57%
Rep. Kenny Hulsholf (R) 33%
Attorney General Jay Nixon (D) 58%
Treasurer Sarah Steelman (R) 33%
Nixon continues to dominate this race, as both Rasmussen and SurveyUSA have shown his lead widening over the last few months. Against Steelman, Nixon wins 1/4 of Republicans, and against Hulholf he leads among Independents by 50%-33%. Nixon leads in all regions of the state, most convincingly in the Kansas City area. While I don't doubt the numbers will tighten once the Republians pick their nominee, Nixon looks awfully strong right now.
